What we have accomplished so far:​

•  2,000+ tech students from universities across Pakistan joined ETL’s community portal.

•  40+ senior IT professionals onboarded as ETL mentors to provide career guidance.

•  25+ career workshops and tech webcasts conducted, benefiting 700+ students.

•  Project advisory provided for 16 final-year projects across various universities.

•  80+ students trained in open-source project contributions.

•  Organized a Final-year Project (FYP) competition and Tech Resume competition, attracting 75+ student participants.

•  ETL ambassadors were onboarded from 12+ universities across Pakistan.

•  Facilitated 30+ students in securing IT jobs.

•  Hired 4 IT students from Pakistan as part of ETL’s staff.

•  Launched the development of ETL’s Spark platform to connect senior IT professionals with university students and young professionals.
